Marty Offutt, 47, passed Thursday away on June 26, 2025, at home after a recent health issue. She was born in Miami, Florida to Debra Anderson Eason and the late Jacob Eason. Marty graduated from Pope County Community High School, Golconda, IL, class of 1996, Southern Illinois University, and Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School. She was employed as a claims’ examiner for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes-Barre.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have her touch their lives.
Preceded in death by her beloved dog, Wrigley.
Survived by mother, Debra Anderson Eason, brother, James Eason.
Arrangements will be made for a celebration of life in St. Louis.
