From the first day I met John I knew I have got a friend.
A great man with roots so deep and yet a very wide vision, horizons, knowledge of the world and with that an unusual ability to make things happen.
Thank you, my friend, for beaning there for me always.
My family had the pleasure to meet you and Gail at your home and later here in the Holy Land.

I had the pleasure of working with John as the Assistant Customs Attache, American Embassy in London. Our spouses were an important part of representing the U.S. abroad at Embassy and foreign functions. John and Gail were well-liked by all of the Irish, Scottish, and English counterparts.
