Obituary of Vincent Kevin Mirigliani

Vincent K. Mirigliani, 64, of Hazle Township, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Hazelton. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, a son of the late Nicholas and Beatrice Lorusso Mirigliani. Vince was a graduate of E.L. Meyers High School and King’s College. He was formerly employed as a social worker, working with adults with disabilities. Vince enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, especially at family barbeques. He will be greatly missed by his family. As Vince was one of 8 children, he looked forward to getting together with his siblings at all occasions. He loved various music such as Led Zeppelin, Barry White, and the "Rocky" soundtrack. He was an avid spectator of sports from his kids when they were younger to any NFL game. Surviving are his daughter, Erica and Danielle Mirigliani; sons, Kurtis and Naira Mirigliani, Brett and Jaclyn Mirigliani; grandchildren, Nina, Luna, Max, Noah, Luke, Vivienne and Caleb; brothers, Larry and Janelle Mirigliani, Nick and Kathy Mirigliani; sisters, Mary and Joe Pilarcik, Beatrice and Joe Schmidt, Lora Mirigliani, JoAnne Mirigliani and Jeanie and Bill McGuiness; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 pm from the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home, 89 Park Avenue, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
